Yes — we get it, sometimes things don’t work out. You can return your piece within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unworn and in its original packaging.

At the moment, we offer returns but not direct exchanges. If you want something else, simply return your original order and place a fresh one.

Yes. All our pieces come with a 1-year warranty on plating, stones and craftsmanship. If anything feels off, just reach out.

Every piece is made with sterling silver, finished with 18K gold vermeil or rhodium plating, and set with certified lab-grown diamonds. All our jewellery is BIS Hallmarked, and our diamonds come with SGL certification — so you know exactly what you’re wearing.

We accept most major payment methods supported by Razorpay, including UPI, cards, wallets and cash on delivery.
