Welcome to the Ornetta B2B catalogue platform operated by Gold Leaf Pvt. Ltd. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all registered retailers, distributors, and authorised B2B partners.

1. General
Ornetta is a B2B jewellery catalogue and manufacturing platform operated by Gold Leaf Pvt. Ltd. designed to provide approved retailers access to jewellery designs, indicative transfer pricing, and manufacturing services.
The website functions as a design catalogue and order facilitation platform for retailers and does not operate as a consumer retail sales website.
Gold Leaf Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update website content, policies, and operational terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Retailer Access & Account Structure
Access to the Ornetta catalogue is restricted to approved jewellery retailers and authorised business partners.
Most products on the platform remain hidden until a retailer subscribes and receives approved login access.
Upon successful registration and approval, retailers are provided with two separate login credentials:
Retailer Admin Login
This login is intended for the retailer or store management and provides access to:
- The complete jewellery catalogue
- Approximate B2B transfer pricing
- Product specifications and order reference information
Retailers are responsible for keeping this login confidential.
Catalogue Viewing Login
Retailers also receive a secondary viewing login which may be shared with staff members or customers for catalogue browsing.
This login allows users to:
- Browse jewellery designs
- View product specifications
- Explore catalogue collections
However, pricing information is not visible through this access.
Retailers are fully responsible for any use or misuse of the viewing login credentials shared with their staff or customers.
3. Product Catalogue & Made-to-Order Manufacturing
All jewellery displayed on the Ornetta platform is manufactured on a made-to-order basis by Gold Leaf Pvt. Ltd.
The catalogue functions as a design reference library to help retailers showcase jewellery designs to their customers.
Since every piece is manufactured after order confirmation:
- Gold weight displayed on the catalogue is approximate.
- Diamond weight displayed on the catalogue is approximate.
- Final product weights may vary during manufacturing.
If the final gold weight varies by more than 10%, the retailer will be notified before production proceeds.
4. Pricing Policy
Prices are not displayed publicly on the Ornetta website.
Only authorised retailers accessing the platform through their admin login can view approximate B2B transfer pricing for reference.
These prices are indicative estimates only and should not be considered final.
Final pricing is calculated based on:
- Actual gold weight used
- Prevailing gold market rate at the time of order confirmation
- Diamond specifications and quantity
- Labour charges
- Certification charges (if applicable)
- Hallmarking charges (if applicable)
Final pricing is confirmed with the retailer before order approval.
5. Gold Purity & Metal Calculation
Gold charges are calculated based on actual metal usage using the following purity conversions:
- 9K Gold → 0.39 touch
- 14K Gold → 0.595 touch
- 18K Gold → 0.760 touch
Sterling Silver:
- 925 Silver → 0.999 equivalent purity
Additional charges may include:
- Labour charges
- Diamond charges
- Certification charges
- Hallmarking charges
Gold Leaf Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update rate charts and pricing structures based on market conditions.
6. AI Generated Content & Digital Representation
Some images, renders, and product descriptions displayed on the Ornetta catalogue may be generated or enhanced using AI tools or digital design technology.
These visuals are intended for catalogue presentation purposes only.
While every effort is made to maintain accuracy, the final manufactured jewellery may differ slightly in appearance, proportions, finishing, or stone placement.
7. Orders & Production
Production begins only after:
- Order confirmation by the retailer
- Final specifications approval
- Required advance payment
Gold Leaf Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or decline any order if a design cannot be manufactured due to technical, material, or quality constraints.
8. Payment Terms
Orders follow the standard payment structure below:
- 50% advance payment to initiate production
- 50% balance payment before dispatch
Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been received.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated by the Gold Leaf Pvt. Ltd. accounts team.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Typical production and delivery timelines are:
10–15 working days after order confirmation.
Orders requiring additional time will be communicated individually.
Shipping charges are borne by the retailer.
Gold Leaf Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by:
- courier partners
- customs clearance
- strikes or labour disruptions
- natural events
- other external circumstances
Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.
10. Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled within 3 days of confirmation may be eligible for a full refund.
Orders cancelled after this period may incur a 10% cancellation charge, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Refund timelines may vary depending on banking processes.
11. Manufacturing Defect Policy
Manufacturing defects must be reported within 5 days of receiving the shipment.
If a defect is verified, the item will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.
This policy does not cover damage caused by:
- improper handling
- accidents
- third-party repair attempts
- misuse of jewellery
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All jewellery designs, CAD files, images, videos, product descriptions, and content displayed on the Ornetta platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Gold Leaf Pvt. Ltd.
Retailers are strictly prohibited from:
- copying catalogue designs
- reproducing images or CAD files
- sharing catalogue content publicly
- manufacturing designs through third-party suppliers
- redistributing catalogue materials without written permission
Any misuse or unauthorized reproduction may result in legal action and termination of access.
13. Website Usage Restrictions
Orders cancelled within 3 days of confirmation may be eligible for a full refund.

14. Retailer Responsibility
Retailers operate independently and are solely responsible for their business transactions with their customers.
Gold Leaf Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for disputes between retailers and their end customers.
15. Privacy Policy
Gold Leaf Pvt. Ltd. respects and protects the privacy of its retail partners.
Information collected may include:
- business name
- GST details
- address and contact information
- order history
- website usage data
This information is used to:
- verify retailer authenticity
- process orders
- improve services
- provide catalogue updates and communication
Gold Leaf Pvt. Ltd. does not sell or trade retailer data.
Data may be shared only with logistics partners, payment processors, or verification agencies where required.
16. Limitation of Liability
Gold Leaf Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for:
- market price fluctuations affecting jewellery pricing
- losses resulting from misuse of catalogue data
- courier delays
- indicative pricing or weight display errors
- damages caused after delivery
Maximum liability is limited to the value of the product ordered.
17. Amendments
Gold Leaf Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the Ornetta platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.
