Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags, certificates, and paperwork included.

How To Initiate A Return

Email us at info@ornetta.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Approved Returns

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll arrange pickup or provide return instructions.
  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised or customised orders.
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery.
  • Any product returned without original packaging, certificates or accessories.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you wish to order a different item, kindly return your current order and place a new one.

Warranty Claims

If you believe your piece is defective under our 1-year warranty, please contact us at info@ornetta.com.

We’ll guide you through the inspection and service process.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is covered by Ornetta for eligible returns within India.
  • If your return does not meet the conditions above, the item may be sent back to you at your cost.

Cash On Delivery Orders

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be processed via bank transfer. We will request your bank details during the return process.
