What’s Covered

  • Fading or discolouration of 18K gold vermeil plating (under normal wear).
  • Loose or fallen lab-grown diamonds or stones (not caused by accidental damage or misuse).
  • Manufacturing or workmanship defects.

What’s Not Covered

  • Regular wear and tear (scratches, dents, minor surface marks).
  • Damage caused by accidents, improper storage, misuse, or exposure to harsh chemicals (perfume, chlorine, detergents, etc.).
  • Tarnishing due to improper care or storage.
  • Loss or theft of the product.
  • Repairs or alterations done by third parties not authorised by Ornetta.

Warranty Process

If you believe your item qualifies for a warranty claim, please contact us at info@ornetta.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the issue.
  • A brief description of the problem.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps. In some cases, we may request that you ship the item back for inspection.

Resolution

If your warranty claim is approved, we will:

  • Repair your jewellery at no cost, or
  • Replace the item if a repair isn’t possible.

If the exact product is unavailable, a comparable replacement or store credit may be offered.

Shipping For Warranty Claims

For approved claims, we’ll cover return shipping within India. If your claim is not approved, you may be responsible for shipping costs.

Warranty Validity

The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser. Proof of purchase may be required for processing warranty claims.
